Zhuoyuan Hydraulics Conducts Specialized Training on Operational Safety Knowledge for Employees

Zhuoyuan Hydraulics organized employees to undergo specialized training on operational safety knowledge.

To enhance employees’ awareness, skills, and knowledge of safe production, prevent and control accidents, and improve their on-site emergency response capabilities in unexpected situations, and based on the company’s actual conditions, from December 12 to 13, 2025, “Zhuoyuan Hydraulics” invited Zhou Hong, an experienced safety expert from Luzhou Hongtai Enterprise Management Service Co., Ltd., to serve as the trainer for this session. The training provided specialized safety knowledge tailored to different job categories, covering lifting operations, assembly testing, welding, and machining, and was conducted separately for both operational staff and management personnel.

Through this safety training, the majority of employees have enhanced their awareness of the importance of safe production and strengthened their sense of responsibility for ensuring workplace safety. The training has also promoted employees’ voluntary compliance with rules and regulations as well as labor discipline, thereby elevating their legal awareness of safe production. Moreover, it has bolstered employees’ knowledge of safety technologies and enabled them to skillfully master operational requirements and develop the ability to prevent and handle accidents effectively.
