Why are hydraulic filters crucial in hydraulic systems? Hydraulic oil serves as the direct working medium of the hydraulic system, transmitting power and operational control to every component. The primary factors that cause hydraulic oil degradation include the hydraulic reservoir, hydraulic oil filters, and contaminants generated by wear in hydraulic parts.
How much do you know about custom-designed cartridge-integrated hydraulic systems? The cartridge-integrated hydraulic system is specifically engineered for hydraulic lifting platforms and hydraulic cargo lifts. Its working principle involves an electric motor driving a gear pump, which converts the motor’s mechanical energy into fluid pressure energy, supplying power to the entire hydraulic system. After pressure, flow, and directional control are precisely regulated via integrated oil manifold blocks and valve components, the platform can smoothly and reliably ascend and descend—meeting the design specifications for optimal performance. Shuangzhuo Hydraulics has always been dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of efficient, energy-saving, and dependable hydraulic systems, offering fully customizable solutions tailored to your needs.
After running for 200–300 hours, the oil should be changed for the first time. During subsequent use, regularly check the oil quality, and promptly replace any oil that has become contaminated or degraded. In general, for gearboxes operating continuously over extended periods, change the oil every 5,000 hours of operation or once a year. For gearboxes that have been idle for long periods, it’s also advisable to replace the oil before restarting. Always top up the gearbox with oil of the same original grade—never mix oils from different grades. However, oils of the same grade but differing viscosities can be safely blended.
Gear reducers are mechanical transmission devices used across numerous sectors of the national economy. The industry encompasses a wide range of product categories, including various types of gear reducers, planetary gear reducers, and worm gear reducers, as well as specialized transmission systems such as speed-increasing units, speed-regulating devices, and advanced composite transmission systems—including flexible transmission solutions. These products and services serve industries like metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, coal mining, building materials, shipbuilding, water resources, power generation, construction machinery, and petrochemicals.
